Orders and pricing

All prices are in New Zealand dollars and include GST. We try to display product information and images as accurately as possible, but slight variations in colour and finish may occur. We may cancel and refund an order if a product was mispriced or is unavailable.

Intellectual property

All content on this site — including the Country Kids name, logos and imagery — belongs to us and may not be used without permission.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to a product or this site is limited to the amount you paid for the product. These terms don't limit your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand.
