Refund policy

Your rights

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993. If an item is faulty, not as described, or doesn't do what it's supposed to, you're entitled to a repair, replacement or refund.

Change of mind returns

If you've simply changed your mind, we're happy to exchange or refund unworn, unwashed items with tags attached within 14 days of delivery. Items must be returned in their original condition. Return shipping is at your cost unless the item was faulty.

How refunds work

Once your return is received and checked, we'll refund the purchase price to your original payment method. Please allow a few days for your bank to process it.

How to start a return

Email Countrykidsclothing@countrykidsapp.com with your order number and the reason for the return, and we'll get you sorted.
